Sunshine City Medical Centre offers video/phone appointments for everyone. Medicare requires patients to hold a valid Medicare card and have had a face to face consultation within the last 12 months with a GP at this clinic to be eligible for a telehealth consultation.
Video/Phone appointments can be booked online or by calling the clinic. For video, no special software is needed and there is no need to create an account, we simply text you a link to your mobile which connects you to the doctor. The doctor will call you within one hour of the appointment time.
We can give detailed advice, issue medical certificates as well as referrals and prescriptions remotely.
